Clicknship has one plan: pay-as-you-go. No subscription, no monthly base fee, no contract. You're charged only when your business is actively running — processing orders and sending customer updates.
What you're charged for
These are the standard, default rates. Merchants with high order volume can request custom volume pricing — contact us.
What this does not include: courier / carrier shipping charges (freight, COD handling, etc.) are billed directly by the shipping carrier your store uses, not by Clicknship. Booking a shipment or generating a shipping label through Clicknship carries no separate Clicknship fee — the order-processing charge above is the only Clicknship charge tied to an order.
SMS / email / WhatsApp rates are Clicknship's platform charge only: the PKR 0.20 rate above is what Clicknship charges to trigger and manage the update. Any separate cost charged by the underlying SMS gateway, email provider, or WhatsApp Business API provider is billed to you directly by that provider — it is not included in, or collected by, Clicknship.
How billing works: charges are deducted from a prepaid credit wallet (1 PKR = 1 credit). Top up any amount via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Alfapay. There is no auto-recurring subscription charge — if your wallet balance runs out, order processing pauses until you top up again.
Free trial
Clicknship does not run a time-limited free trial. Because there is no monthly base fee, a new store can connect and explore the full product immediately — you simply won't be charged anything until you actually process an order or send a notification.
